Parents and caregivers are invited to attend an orientation morning with their child in the Kindy area on Wednesday, 6 November 2024 between 9.30-10.30am.
As part of the orientation, parents and caregivers will be provided with a kindy information pack on the day which will include:
Welcome to Kindergarten booklet Schedule of attendance (days and groups) Contributions and Charges Schedule Booklist requirements, and other Kindy related information.
Please RSVP your attendance to the office no later than Friday, 18 October 2024 by emailing
souththornlie.ps@education.wa.edu.au, alternatively, you may contact the office on 9232 3600.
Voluntary Contributions
Voluntary contributions for 2025 will be $60 per child. This amount can be paid in cash or via EFTPOS on the day of the orientation.
Uniform Purchases
Uniforms will be available for purchase on orientation day from the front office. Please note that we are expecting our stock to arrive just before orientation day, so we will not be able to process any uniform orders before that date.
If you are unable to visit the office on orientation day, the uniform shop will be open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 3pm during the school term. Samples of the uniforms will be available to try on, and a uniform order form is attached for your convenience.

Please note: As Kindergarten is not compulsory, an additional application form must be submitted for Pre-Primary 2026. More information about applying for Pre-Primary 2026 will be communicated to all families next year.
